How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a return authorization along with further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.

Refund & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
