Refunds Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs: Refunds are processed for the product price only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product or wrong item delivered).
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
To cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@gramse.co. If we are unable to cancel your order, you can initiate a return once you receive the product.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same procedure as the return and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost.
